We are a non-profit organisation that defends, enforces, and advances data rights all over Europe.
Data Rights is an EU-wide non-profit. We work to build an internet free from digital arms races and monopolistic control.
We reject a world where surveillance as the overarching business model online, and where exercising basic rights depends on the goodwill of a few tech giants. Everyone, citizens, communities, organisations, and critical infrastructures, must have access to cybersecurity and human rights safeguards that allow them to thrive with dignity and autonomy.
We believe in liberating creative self-determination from the vanity of power over people and resources. Another internet is possible. One where people know their data rights, know how their information is used, and can demand accountability.
